Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Refunds or exchanges may be made at our discretion. If you would like to place a claim for a refund or exchange please email us at: orders@smlvcs.com

All exchanges are dependent on available stock. To request a return or exchange for any reason, please email us at orders@smlvcs.com within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Once we have received your returned merchandise we will issue a gift card to you, equal to the value of merchandise you are returning. All issued gift cards will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
